NOT using google voice

so i have a DX, and obviously whenever i make a call i get the pop up saying use GV or normal call. well, I DONT USE GV AND WANT THIS DAMN THING GONE!!! how do i disable the pop up so i can make normal phone calls like everyone else in the damn world? PS, uninstalled voice and it still pops up.

Settings of the app allow you to select "DO NOT USE GV TO MAKE ANY CALLS"

He said he has the app uninstalled and the problem is still there.

Re install it. Then follow Generic's instructions. The phone is still asking you because the process that was in place doesnt know Google Voice is gone. You can uninstall it after you set it to not ask you.
