Not vibrating

Hope I'm not being stupid but my phone isn't vibrating and I can't find out how to get it working again. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Make sure power saver is not enabled.

It wasn't on and the hard reset didn't work either.
Update : called BB and they exchanged for brand new device.

I think i have the same problem ! Happened last night ramdomly ! It just stopped vibrating , i have it on , when i type it vibrates once when i press the first key then it stops. I had someone calling me on while i was on vibrate mode and nothing happened , it did not vibrate. Is it possible to be brooken ? ( sorry for my bad english )
