Yes the link says Note 3 but click it and it is for the Note 10.1 2014 Edition

When downloaded, that is very obviously for the Note 3.
I'll correct myself, whatever the N7100 is. The diagrams are of a phone.

When on Home screen tap menu and a drop down screen will show tap help and it will take you to download help file install it and now you have a manual.

Yeah, here is a link showing a page where it isn't ready yet but that it is "coming soon." Read online user manual for Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy Note 8.0 and Galaxy Note 3

Is this working for anybody? I've tried it and Touchwiz crashes before it goes to the download site every time for me?

After registering on Samsung's website, I saw the download manual link. I think it's there even without registering.
