Note 10+ Android 10 notification issues

Hello I just updated my T-Mobile Note 10+ to Android 10 and now my notifications from any default app will not pop up. The only way to even know if I get a message is to look at the status bar. Help!!

Have you checked your notification settings top see if something is turned off?

Try going into settings >general managment>reset settings

look in deep in eash app notification setting see my screen shot , alert and show on popup

That will only bring it up like an actual pop up screen..I'm talking about a normal notification that shows up and then goes away
