Note 10+ half volume with aux adapter?

I bought a type C auxiliary adapter so I can play music in my car with my radio transmitter. It doesn't matter what app I'm using, YouTube, Pandora, or Spotify; it only will play at half volume. I have the volume turned all the way up on my car's radio, and my phone, yet I can hardly hear it when I'm driving down the road. I've tried everything, even turning the volume limiter all the way up. It doesn't happen with any phone that has an auxiliary port. Help?

Make sure you dont have media volume limit on in settings then sound .
