NOTE 10 - Phone Keeps Flashing "Same Update" Twice Everytime....

Ever since i bought this phone in March, every update is installed Twice! - Once i update any security patch, next day same update is pushed and i have to update it again for the notification to disappear.
Due to this my Phones Motherboard already have been bricked once...

Now - A new patch have been released and i updated. Again today i am getting notification to update phone.

What carrier your on? And is this unlocked version or carrier?

Just to be sure -- the Build Number doesn't change at all after the 2nd update of each pair?
