Note 10 plus update to Version 12

Is anyone else having issues after update? My phone seems super laggy and my text messages fail. The only fix for failed texts that I found is to turn the phone off and on but boy that's a pain!! Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue and is there a better work around? Thanks

There is currently a nationwide cell tower problem. Check your outage map for your provider.
