Neither. Chances are the next Note (which no matter how many times we like to gossip about them getting rid of it in lieu of larger S phones, is still happening) will also be Note 20 to keep in line with the nomenclature of the current S line.

I have seen rumors for the what will probably be the Note 20, so there will be a new Note. There are also indications it will be released sooner than prior years, albeit not much sooner.

It will be an interesting year though, between the rumours of a foldable with S-pen support and a Note (11 or 20) that at least matches the S20 Ultra in specs, will there be a smaller Note like last year and or a Lite version later on as well like we saw now with the Note 10 Lite

It would be foolish to bring the s pen to all Galaxy devices, would increase manufacturing costs while having no benefit for most users.

it will have to be sooner. the way prices are these day, they got to do anything they can to build anticipation. I doubt there will be as many sales as in the past.

I sure hope there will be a new note. I bought my first note this year and absolutely love it, completely get why all these years people have loved them. I would be thoroughly disappointed if it's a one and done situation for me!

Well...I'm not sure what to think about that. Notifications will be pretty worthless, but I won't have the camera sitting there like damaged pixels.

It's impossible to make different sizes with the same camera specs unless they leave something out because of the camera configuration.

The only thing missing from regular is 100xzoom and 108 main camera, not sure about the selfie

I feel like there will always be a Note series. It is (probably) a big part of Samsung's sales and success and I'm pretty sure it helped created the phablet trend, or at least cemented it.

It's true that phones are getting bigger and bigger but I wonder if the S Pen for the Note line only is like iMessage for Apple only. Exclusive and so it makes people buy it.

Kind of like how we have been hearing that speaker ports will be no longer and the sound will come through the display? Whatever happened to that?

Right....and that's my point. If you try to put that camera in a smaller body, something else suffers.

As much as I'd like to see that happen I don't think that's 100 percent confirmed.
