The Galaxy S3 4.3 update has been pulled due to many problems.

They have a new one out that's been tested we get all the features of 4.2 and some of the features of the 4.3

Read in one of the article in Drippler that Samsung may not give the awesome Spen quick menu that pops up on Note3. Was waiting for it and it will be disappointing if Sammy does that...
