Note 2 Dropping Calls after 1 min on voip soft phone

Hi There,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and I have a VPN connecting the phone to my office IP PBX. When i enable the VPN and use the soft phone to make a call the call hangs up after a minute exact. I used another client and the same thing happened. I even tried to adjust the VPN and the wireless settings and the same still happens. I welcome any assistance. Thanks.

this doesn't sound like an issue with your note2. i would check with your pbx administrator because it sounds like a limit has been enabled associated with your location (soft phone). also check to make sure that the feature is enabled over you wireless network. a number of providers (like the cisco voip) do not recommend using their soft phone over a wireless network.
