im not looking to put my cell back to stock, just need the 4.3 update so i can flash it to my cell, anyone know where to find this in md5 format maybe?

You can get the firmware files from sammobile.com or samsungupdates.com. Pretty sure they're in MD5 format.
Flashing this will unroot your phone and revert it to stock

The AT&T service center still doesn't have the 4. 3 update, sheez.

I was told today the AT&T service center has the 4.3 update. Im going to see about it tomorrow. I hope the upgrade works

The service center did have the 4.3 update, however it didn't work. I am still hoping to get a copy of the 4.3.

I bought an unlocked phone. It was being used on T Mobile, but I am using it on ATT. I have tried for over a month to get the upgrade, but can't cuz my phone says " Device Status Modified ". I am not getting this? Can someone help?

Go down to the thread titled "Bought rooted noted 2 with cynogenmod...."
Go to the last 3 posts in the thread. I just went through the exact same thing. Just make sire when entering the model number of the phone into Kies use use upper case letters.

Its pretty easy, and you have the option to root it if you want, otherwise its just an Odin install.
