Note 2 SD Card issue

I've got a 32gb Class 4 Patriot Memory Micro SD Card. I went to upload a picture i took to facebook and all of my pictures on my SD card were gone.This has happen a few times now. I am on my 3rd Micro SD Card.The other 2 had the same issue. My Note 2 is Rooted.

When i go to explore the contents of the SD Card, there is 1 or 2 files i didn't create. all other files are untouched except my photos.

The two files at the bottom are the unknown files.


Any advice this is really getting annoying...

P.S. DropBox is a life saver...

Some of the folders are created for just the sake of formatting the card. The Android secure and the lost.dir are two examples. As for the last two files, I have no idea what they are. Never seen a file like that before.

I know about the folders. It's the files. And they only show up when the files are erased
