Note 2: Sluggish and slow after 4.3 update

Anyone else noticing a really drastic change in how the phone operates since updating?

I find my Note 2 so sluggish and slow to respond along with being somewhat choppy since updating.

It used to be much more fluent.

Just turn off animation and turn off a voice

Mine is very sluggish too and clearing the cache doesn't help. You just have to learn to live with it! The updates were released too encourage you to buy a new Note 3 or note 4.

Root it and flash custom rom
