note 2 vibrating issue

Hello all. I wish to know if anyone can help me fix this problem.
My phone goes back into vibrating mode as I am speaking and gets into this mode on its own. Please help.

Are there any sound profile apps running or maybe something in the Do Not Disturb settings?
