Whenever I play any sound from my phone it sounds chopped up like a blowwn speaker any one else having same issue ? Even when I bluetooth it to a speaker same thing ? Someone help

Doesn't sound right to me you may want to return for a new one under warranty now.

I would agree. This just happened to me daughter's pixel 2xl and Google replaced it under warranty yesterday.
