Note 20 and Nest

I have switched over from my iphone to a Note 20 Ultra and one thing bothering me are the notifications for Nest. On my iphone I could hold down the notification and it would show me the video on the notification. When I do it with my Note it just opens the Nest app to show the video. Is there a way to change this on the Note?

Did you try swiping left or right but half way otherwise you'll dismiss the notification?

I have the Nest camera and mine plays the video in the pull down. I have to pull down the menu, then pull down the line with Nest notification and video plays.

So on my GS20U I got video clip on all Nest notifications, all Cams & Hellos, but on my N20U only my Cams show video clips in the notifications, but not the Hellos....weird and I don't know why. Haven't been able to find a remedy.
