Note 20 notifications issu

My new Note 20 bottom notifications alerts stay in the screen for 2 or 3 minutes and don't go away even if you close the app or lock the phone and re opened its still there.

Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?

Go to settings >general management >reset>reset accessibility
