Note 20 ultra gets custom OS error

I have my ultra in a Encased case and holster. If I put my phone into the case upside down (the notification bar is closest to the floor) the phone shuts off and I get a warning about downloading custom OS. I will post a picture.

I'm on Verizon and have an official build.

What do you think?

That's download mode , probably when u put it in case wrong touches for the button to get in that mode

What I meant to say is that I put it into the holster upside down.

OK, you're right... I held down all 3 buttons and it did the same thing... When it goes into the holster upside down its pushing all 3 buttons.

Any way to stop it from doing it?

Not really that's the command to get in download mode, only thing try avoid upside down in the holster

Stop putting it in the wrong way around...

Stop pressing all 3 buttons at the same time.
