Note 20 Ultra users with multiple phones?

General question for N20U users with multiple phones. Do you just swap SIM card when you want to use a different phone for the day or whatever, or do you have a dedicated SIM for each phone? Reason I ask is I am intrigued by the Z Flip as a 2nd phone. It's a nice compact phone that would be great if you're out on the town or doing some outdoor activity but don't feel like lugging the N20U around. However, I would like to maintain the same phone number for continuity sake.

Thanks for any input!

I actually have no SIM in my N20U right now but use it quite a bit via wifi. I have a Z Flip 5G for when I'm out & about (with a T-Mo SIM) & MY (3RD) MAIN PHONE IS A z Fold 2 (using an AT&T SIM).
Nothing beats a Z Flip when you are shopping, etc. So convenient to carry.
The N20U still takes the best pics & videos.

I've got 2 phone lines with a N20 Ultra and N8 active.

I used to swap between 2 phones fairly regularly back when I used my S7 still. I'd swap the SIM from my current Note to the S7 to have a smaller phone when I'd go day hiking or to a festival.

Unfortunately it's a case of hot swapping the sim card from one phone to another.

Perhaps one day we'll have the option to have sim cards with the same phone number on if the Networks can get past all the technical difficulties in doing so.

You could use another sim in the phone and set up diverts for all calls to go to the secondary number while your out and about if your contract type allows divert calls.

If I may ask, why phones with different carriers?
I always wanted to test out T-Mobile in my area & my friend added me to his plan for a very cheap price. With the cases I have these days there's no access to the SIM slot & I use the phones differently in certain situations. It's just very convenient to have 2 lines at a reasonable price. The eSIM feature has never been enabled (as far as I know) on ATT or TMO.

I'm back to three. Addict for life. :(

N20U, Flip3 and A52 5G.

All are active.

N20U. Personal, 32GB.
A52 5G. Business, 10GB.
Flip3. Data only, 4GB.

All different carriers BTW.

As you can see in the pic my N20U is AT&T and I have an iPhone XR on RedPocket wireless.

The N20U is my primary but I was heavy into running and do not care to carry a huge phone like the N20U when running or biking. I use to have an iPhone 6 has my running phone and served me well even ran the NY Marathon with it. But it got killed when during one of my runs I got caught in heavy rain lol. My boss at work let me have the iPhone XR sitting in a drawer and instead of going through the hassle of stripping cases to swap sims I just got a basic RedPocket sim for it. About $100 for the year to me is worth it. I also enjoy getting a chance to use both Android and iOS.

Three phones here.

Note 20 ultra
11 Pro Max
Z Fold 3.

I switch between fold 3 and note 20 depending on the occasion. if i'm going out , I'll use note 20. For work, I use fold 3

I did end up ordering the Flip 3. Arrives tomorrow just in time for a trip to S. Carolina to compare carrying the Flip around vs the N20U while traveling. Technically I will have 3 phones as I have a iPhone 11 for work purposes only.

Heck, and here I am just happy to get back to carrying a single phone, again. ;) But it is the smaller Note 5G. You can bet I'd have the Ultra if it was in my budget, though.
