I would advise to wait at least till 5.1 is released for the Note 3!
And then check the Forum for reviews!
I took the 5.0 update April 17th and have since worked out the problems I was having with it.
But to me, Lollipop has very little change to offer and I hate the white background & teal!
I recommend staying with KitKat!
My phone ran it's very best on 4.4.4 NK1 KitKat!
