note 3 lollipop- change background color in settings

Does anyone know how to change the background color in "settings" from aqua/white to black? And also how to change the color of the keyboard as well. Thanks!

Settings - Language & Input - Google Keyboard - Appearance & Layouts - Theme ... you can choose Material (light or dark) or the KitKat Holo (white or blue). The KitKat Holo Blue set the keyboard back to my preference. I am still looking for a way to change the white backgrounds to black.

On the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lollipop Update, there is no "Google Keyboard". Default is "Samsung Keyboard".
