Note 3 Music

Hi all
I've tried transferred Music to my Note 3 through a number of ways including Kies3 and drag and drop and when a click and a song an error note pops up saying "this item is no longer available"

A few details please

Is this on the phones memory or a sd card?

If card, brand, size, and how was it formatted?

I know I had issues early on accessing music that I loaded on my memory card. I used the computer to format and load the card, via card reader, and then placed the card in the phone.

I've had months without issue since allowing the phone to format the card, and I still pulled the card and loaded it via a card reader and remounted it in the phone.
