note 3 neo walking mate problem

hi to all. My walking mate app is not workIng. on main page where i should have start button there is only gray sync button. Do anybodyhave any idea's ?

having same problem and didn't find any solution. but i was thinking maybe walking mate need a gear to work on note 3 neo. please keep me posted if you knew any solution.
