Hell0 Guys I Recently purchased Note 3 Neo And Afew Days Ago I Dropped It Now There Is Kind Of Bright Line On My Screen Everything Works Better I Am Thinking To Replace With New Display...how Much Will It Cost...??

That varies from store to store, but at least in the US, it is quite a bit cheaper than it is to buy a brand new device. Most places I have seen do it for anywhere from $100-150 (Occasionally as low as $75) depending on how severe the damage is.
I'd look into repair shops near you to see how much they'd charge you.
