note 3. O.S. upgrade.

I'm in the UK. On 3 network PAYG (pay as you go) and not had the new lollipop update and others have. Tried doing it through the settings on my phone and it says I have the latest software, but I haven't. Still on 4.4.2 any way I can force the update or update another way?

You can try connecting your phone to Kies and check for an update that way.
