Note 3 stuck on charging

hi guys. i need a emergency help for issue. my note 3 plug the charge and still overnight on charging but phone is stuck in morning. blue led blinking or red led steady light up but no response any buttons and no screen. this problem after installing android 5.0. never had this problem on android 4.4.2 please help me.

Welcome to AC.

It may be nothing to do with Android 5.0.
It may be worth trying a new battery, unless your charging equipment is faulty and the existing battery has become fully discharged.

it was the same problem again. it was consecutive 2 days yesterday and today. it was plugged original battery and i'm use original battery charge equipment. i will try another battery and another charge equipment. i want to hear if another solution advise from you.
