Almost certainly a security update. Those come out very regularly.

I thought that it was unusual to have an Android update broadcasting out on a Saturday morning. Even more unusual was the fact that I also received an OTA update to my Win10 desktop Friday night. I was guessing a catastrophic security issue that hit both platforms but that would have almost certainly provoked some journalism.
