Note 4 Can't Connect On Metro?

[AC Question]

Unlike my iPhone my Samsung Note 4 does not connect to the cellular network while I am on the metro. When I had the iphone I got enough of a connection to at least check my email. Is this a Note 4 phone design problem? Is there anything I do to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! Same carrier? Do you have a metal case on the phone?

And is the Note 4 using the same band as the iPhone? They may be repeating one or two bands in the metro, and your carrier may be using one of them that the iPhone has a radio for, but your S4 is using a different band for that carrier.
