Note 4 display problem, please anyone help me

anyone knows what is the problem? the touch screen works but i'm stuck with this vertical lines on the right side of the phone in any screen, please help

It's a screen defect. Go to where you got the phone and they should give you a new one. I had the same thing happen and they replaced mine.

but i don't have warranty anymore, plus the phone is rooted, if i get the screen replaced it would solve the problem?

It should. Verizon told me, after troubleshooting, that it was a screen issue. They replaced it and the new one worked perfectly.
