Note 4 download booster

Re: download booster

I believe only T-Mobile. The same happened with the S5 ... all carriers removed it except T-Mobile.

Yeah. They just don't want people using it hence why they hide it. I have it but don't have it on. No real reason for me.

Re: download booster

How do you unlock it?

Posted via Android Central App

I use nova launcher.
1. Go to home screen.
2. Hold down your finger on the screen till menu pops up.
3. Click on Shortcuts.
4. Click on Activities.
5. Scroll down to "Settings"
6. Scroll through the list till you find Download Booster. Click on it.
7. Now you will have a shortcut on your home screen that will take you to the download booster settings screen.
8. Enable download booster.

Re: download booster

+++1. I would realy like to know if you can turn this feature on with the stock browser. I'm using AT&T Note 4

Re: download booster

Are you sure? That is surprising since Verizon is usually known for disabling things.
I would think Verizon and AT&T would want it lol. People leave it on and then pay them for overages

If they wanted people to pay for overages, wouldn't it be better to disable it?

Why? People will be using their LTE data and thus people going over. I'm talking about why Verizon and AT&T should leave it on, not why users should turn it off
