Note 4 keeps crashing every few hrs

My note 4 keeps crashing and I have to remove the batery to reboot it, it comes on with some righting up on the left hand corner and the android logo in the middle of the screen and underneath there's do not turn off device downloading.. but I've left it about 45 min and it just stays the same.. I have to remove the battery and then it comes on.. any fixes? Or ideas what's up with it ... please..

Have you considered your battery needs to be replaced,

It sounds like it's trying to install a system upgrade that you keep stopping. Rebooting would be part of that process. Leave the battery in, make sure its charged up and has access to the internet and leave it alone for a few hours.
