Note 4 locked me out for no apparent reason?!

So basically my phone locked me out randomly. I have tried to restart it, take the battery out and back in. Same goes with the SIM card. It wants me to use the alternative password, which it doesn't accept. Whenever I unlock the screen, the keyboard automatically appears. I am on the verge of throwing the ******* phone into the walls, as it constantly is a problem for me.

Samething happen to my wife's note 4 she had to factory reset it

If you have Google's device manager set up you can unlock it with out the passwords otherwise you have to factory reset it ..have your note 4 be glichy at all mine was so much to the point I switch back to my HTC one max
