Note 4 Lollipop - How do I turn off screen without screen lock right away?

I have a Galaxy Note 3 with Kit Kat. I can set it so when I use power button to turn screen off, and then turn it back on, it doesn't immediately need the screen to be unlocked.

I just got a Note 4 with Lollipop and there doesn't seem to be this setting. The swipe to unlock comes on the second the screen goes off.

Is there a way to delay the lock like on Kit Kat?

Does this now require an app and if so, which ones work ?

On LP and KK, the feature is only available if you use a different security lock other than swipe.
