Different segments, one is a phone, the other a phablet. Phablets are too big for me but if she's good with it I'd say wait for the Note 5.

If she wants the note, wait for the note 5. If she's hell bent on the S6, I'd say for her to go play with both of them to see which one feels better in her hand.

Depends on a number of factors.

1) sd card slot and larger swapple battery.
2) multitasking
3) size of screen
4) camera
5) display
6) processor
7) fingerprint scanner
8)'wireless charging and rapid charging
9) dual mobile payment systems
10) UFS 2.0 in the GS6

If she has small hands then not the Note phones.
