Hello great people of Android Central, I've been having a problem with my Note 4 N-910C. The recent apps list often crashes to the home screen. It doesn't happen when I'm on a specific app.
It happened before and was fixed after a factory reset, however, after months of disappearance it has returned and no amount of factory resets can fix it.
I'm on Lollipop 5.1.1 stock and the only changes I've made to my phone before the problem appeared was updating Chrome, Google and facebook messenger apps.
After an amazing experience with the Note 4, this is really irritating and any help would be appreciated. Thank You
