Note 4 ringer shuts off after I receive a phone call

Some one calls me and the phone rings. After that call the ringer shuts off. Some time I can just turn it up. Other times I have to reboot the phone I have done a factory reset and problem remains. Verizon says it's a Samsung problem and Samsung tell me they heard of it before. I have a friend who also has note 4 on Verizon and has the same problem.
