Similar to the s5 lte-a (not to be confused with the regular S5, which has lte-a depending on carrier). S805,QHD, 3gb ram, 5.7" screen or slightly larger, cat 6 capable of 300mbps.

I thought that when I first saw the spec sheet. Several things came to mind: 1st: This could mean that Samsung has upped the bloatware or features to which more ram is required. 2nd: Continuing the trend of bigger/better/faster of premium smartphones means it absolutely must have higher specs than the previous generation smartphone and 3rd: at this point it is still a (highly probable) rumor.

I sef definitely think they need to include a fingerprint scanner and perhaps a heart rate monitor like the Galaxy S5
