Note 4 stopped syncing.

A big deal (to me anyway). my Not4 has stopped syncing to windows media player. my tab A will sync up everytime using the same cord. i have done a restart numerous times on the computer and phone. also installed samsung usb driver for mobile phones w/no help. any advice will be much appreciated.
