Note 4 stuck between grey-scale and ultra power savings mode!

my note 4 is stuck in between normal and utra power saving mode... everything is in grey scale but can access the android OS.. tried going into settings and exiting out of ultra power saving mode but it doesnt work. It stays ON.

any help please????

thanks for the response....
I tried the negative colors suggestion but it doesnt work.

the whole OS is restricted to minimal use. Its not just the greyscale in colors... under settings and power saving, the "ultra power saving mode" shows "on" and it diesnt revert to off even when i change it
