Note 4 videos won't transfer?

My note 4 should be here in a few days. When I switch phones the Verizon cloud seems to save everything except my videos. My daughter is in marching band and my videos are usually 15-18 minutes long. When I try to retrieve them from the cloud there is always a message saying it's too long and I'm never able to see them again. Will a program like smart switch help? Can anyone suggest any ideas? I don't want to lose this last batch of videos again. Oh and BTW I don't have a computer to plug into

If you back up images and videos to Google+, images (2048x2048) and videos (up to 15 min in length) don't count against the free 15gb of space you get with Google Drive. You could also just move them directly to Google Drive or Dropbox and then download them back to your new phone. Smart Switch should handle moving the files too, but I would find a better backup solution than what you're using, if as you say, you can't access them again once they're backed up, that's no good.
