Note 4 What is the blue light mean when it shuts off?

Replaced battery. Phone keeps shutting off around 78%

Sounds like for some reason it's not fully shutting down when that blue light remains on.

If you're phone shuts off at 78%, time to get a new battery. Usually you need one every 18 or so months.
