Note 4 Will the radio's be better?

I know in the past Samsung's radios have been not so great when compared to Moto and HTC. Will they be better this time around? Do you thing this phone will have touchwiz lag?

Some of the extreme tech geeks on another forum think the radios will be comparable to the S5, OK but not great. Scroll down a few posts in this thread:

If you read through the entire thread, my recollection is that specs refer to or imply a particular Qualcomm modem that is not the top of the line . . .
