Note 4 workinv with NFC NTAG213?

Bought NFC tags of type NTAG213 brand Linocell, white colored ones. Anyone know if Note 4 is compatible with these?

NFC is setup and activited correctly as far as I know but I dont get the phone to read basic information from them or write to them.
