Note 5 automatically switches over to earphone while on call at speaker.

I am using Samsung note 5, in past few days when I use the speaker option for call, the phone automatically switches over to ear phone, then again I need to click on speaker option to turn it off & then on again. Anyone can help?

Welcome to Android Central! Does the speakerphone button actually turn off when the phone goes back to the earpiece? Are you experiencing any phantom touches on the screen?

Hi,

The button does not turn off, but the sound comes from earphone rather than speaker, then I have to toggle the button off & on again to speaker.

Ok, and just to clarify -- when you say earphone, you mean the earpiece speaker at the top of the phone, not an earbud or a headset that's plugged in or connected via Bluetooth?

Yes, correct earphone is the one as the top of the phone.
