Note 5 AUX malfunction?

Note 5 music player works perfectly, but when connected with AUX cable (to speakers, in the car, everywhere), after a song or two the music fades out and it refuses to play with AUX cable, while it plays on its own and on earphones. Different AUX cables have been applied and different music apps have been tested, but same thing. This is so annoying and frustrating. Any solutions?

I haven't played music through mine, but audio books from various apps work fine on my Aux cable.

Which apps have you tried?

Or could be the cars system. Look online for that particular car and see if there are issues. Maybe if there was a previous owner, they messed it up.

Could you try another phone in your car?
