Note 5 Battery - Keep it topped off or wait until it's low?

What's the best time to charge the Note 5 battery? Keep it topped off or wait until it's pretty low?

I get down to about 75% and throw it on the charger.:-\

With today's batteries you do not need to wait till it's low to charge it. Most experts say it's better not to let it too low before charging.
