Note 5 is asking for a passcode_stuck on emergency call, what can I do?

note 5 is asking for a passcode_stuck on emergency call

Phone's asking me to enter a Password but I got a PIN set for my note 5. But it does not work when I try to enter it in, now it would say emergency call.

Sounds like someone tried putting your pin in too many times and locking it to where you have to enter either your Google or Samsung password not your pin now.

Unless you set up a backup password when setting the PIN lock screen, it should be either Google or Samsung account password.
