Note 5 is Frozen

hello,
Today i plugged my note5 into the charger and the screen went into black
It wont force restart - poweroff
and hte LED notification light is stuck on blue
i cant do anything , and a little corrupted strips sometimes show on the edge of the screen

There could be hardware damage to the device. Leave it powered off and plugged into the charger and see if that helps.

Do a " restart ". Hold minus " - " volume & power button at the same time until you get a smaill screen with options. Choose " restart " option. Phone will restart & powers back on ". Enjoy !
