note 5 locking up all of the sudden?

Hi has anyone had a problem with the note 5 just randomly locking up and the touch screen is unresponsive except the bottom buttons.
I did a factory reset yesterday and now it is back today.
Any suggestions?

I've had it once or twice. Lasted for about 30 Seconds then went to normal. Usually restart or power off as soon as it happens.

Yeah I have restarted it after it happens. I am just dreading calling samsung.....

Haven't had that one happen. Did you have any common apps running at the time?

Mine usually happens while I'm trying to do too much on it at once such as: running connected to 2 Bluetooth plus forgetting to close apps and having about 20 open apps and moving between them. Just kind of lags up and takes a while to get back to speed.

No just out of the blue. I just got a email that you replied to this and it was froze again. I don't know guess I have to call Sammy.. I am dreading calling them. I had a note 3 and that had GPS issues I never got anywhere with them but several reboots.

I had a problem when I had it enabled. When enabled, the picture of the card slides out from under the dock. Not sure if it is a combination of Samsung Pay and Nova but I had issues until I disabled it. Now I will only enable if I have to use it.

I have both Nova and Samsung Pay... no issues whatsoever.

I'm sure many people have the same to apps and don't have an issue, but I did. I am also on Verizon so there's that. Also, it could be a combination of other apps that I have that you don't.

I have the samsung pay showing up under the dock every so often even though I have that feature (simple pay) turned off...also on Verizon. It's not every time that it happens which is weird. I also have random disconnects from Verizon's network in locations with good signal....again, 1-2 times a day tops but a restart fixes it. I've had a couple rough unlocks where the phone doesn't seem to know what it's doing for about 10 seconds but it usually recovers...could be related to Samsung Pay.
