Note 5 not remembering WiFi passwords! Please help

My note has stopped remembering WiFi passwords. I did a factory reset and they came back by themselves, and then all of the sudden it's stop remembering them again. I just got done wiping my cache but it has not worked to fix the problem. Anyone else having this problem and if so what have you done to fix it?
